NDIS Ordering Process

Please see below for instructions depending on your funding type:

 

NDIS Plan Managed NDIS Self Managed NDIS Agency Managed

 

 

 

NDIS Plan Managed

 

Add all desired items to your cart, press View Cart and in the top left corner select Create Quote From Cart. The quote then gets emailed to you.

Once quote has been approved by your Plan Manager, ask them to send written confirmation to proceed to MHQ@aidacare.com.au requesting to have the order raised, including the Mandatory Participant Details at the bottom of this page, if they haven't previously been sent.

You also have the option of paying out of pocket and getting a reimbursement from your NDIS Plan or Plan Manager. This can speed up the process considerably and you can avoid processing times through your Plan Manager before your order is processed.

 

NDIS Self Managed

 

NDIS Self Managed participants are able to checkout directly through the website and pay using a VISA or Mastercard. 

A Tax Invoice is emailed upon purchase which can be used for your records if required. 

 

NDIS Agency Managed

 

Is the end user a PACE or PRODA participant?

  • PACE - Please ensure that Aidacare is designated as a Provider before continuing.
  • PRODA - A service booking is required.

 

A service booking can either be made by directly by the registered provider (Aidacare) or via the Agency:

  1. Add all desired items to your cart, press View Cart and in the top left corner select Create Quote From Cart. The quote then gets emailed to you.
  2. Once quote has been approved, please send written confirmation to MHQ@aidacare.com.au requesting to have a service booking created, including the Mandatory Participant Details below:

 

Mandatory Participant Details include:
 

Participant’s Details:

  • Alternative Contact details
  • Plan Start & End Date
  • Date Of Birth (necessary for claim in NDIS myPlace portal)

 

Plan Manager (if relevant):

  • Plan Manager name & NDIS Provider Number.
  • Individual Planner name & contact details

 

Support Coordinator/Therapist (if relevant):

  • Name, company / organisation name, contact details.
