Transfer & Walk Belts

Walk belts are used to assist a person to sit or stand and to stabilise and support a person whilst walking, either with or without a walking frame. There are options for padded or plain models with non-slip lining for safety. Walk belts have an adjustable belt buckle and the strategically placed handles allow the caregiver to maintain a more ergonomic grip. The Transfer Belt is designed to support manual transfer between bed, wheelchair, chair, etc. where it is considered that this is safe without the use of transfer equipment.
